1. Using the portal
Use the portal only for genuine PASTIC internship activity. You are responsible for giving accurate information, keeping your password private and using only your own account.
2. Applications and documents
Information and documents you submit must be genuine, current and relevant to the programme. PASTIC may ask for clarification, reject incomplete information or cancel an application that does not meet the requirements.
3. Selection and placement
Applying does not guarantee selection, a placement or a particular division. Internships are unpaid. Decisions follow the programme rules, available places, eligibility and the authorised review process.
4. Internship conduct
Interns must follow PASTIC instructions, attendance requirements, workplace rules, confidentiality expectations and their supervisor's guidance. Misconduct or unexplained absence can end a placement or affect completion.
5. Portal availability
PASTIC may update, maintain or temporarily suspend parts of the portal. Programme dates, requirements and notices shown in the portal are the current official information.
