Information we collect
The portal collects the account, contact, identity, education, application, document, attendance and completion information needed to process an internship.
How it is used
Information is used to sign you in, assess eligibility, review applications, manage placements, record attendance, tell you about decisions, and issue and verify certificates.
Security
Access is controlled by account roles and portal permissions. Passwords are stored with one-way hashing, and CNIC and phone numbers are stored encrypted. Do not share your password, and only upload information your application needs.
Access and correction
Check your profile and application before you submit. If something is wrong, or you cannot access your account, contact PASTIC through the official support channel.
Retention and authorised access
Records may be kept for programme administration, audit, reporting and certificate verification. Only authorised staff and administrators can see them, according to their responsibilities.

For privacy questions, email webmaster@pastic.gov.pk and mention the email address of your portal account. Never send your password by email.
